RETURNS:
- All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
- Items must be in unused condition, with original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS:
1. Email customer service at info@infotechpulse.com to obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include proof of purchase, and mail to
the provided address.
Note: You are responsible for all return shipping charges. Use a trackable method for
mailing.
REFUNDS:
- Allow at least ten (10) days from receipt for processing.
- You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS:
For defective or damaged products, contact us for a refund or exchange.
RESTOCKING FEES:
– 25% restocking fee for all returns.
– 50% restocking fee may apply under specific conditions outlined in our policy.
DENIAL OF REPLACEMENT:
- Mismatch with RMA form or physical damage may lead to denial.
