Return & Refund Policy at Info Tech Pulse

Thank you for choosing Info Tech Pulse. We value your satisfaction and aim to provide a
hassle-free return process. Please review the details below for our return policy.

RETURNS:

  • All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
  •  Items must be in unused condition, with original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS:

1. Email customer service at info@infotechpulse.com to obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include proof of purchase, and mail to
the provided address.
Note: You are responsible for all return shipping charges. Use a trackable method for
mailing.

REFUNDS:

  •  Allow at least ten (10) days from receipt for processing.
  •  You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS:
For defective or damaged products, contact us for a refund or exchange.
RESTOCKING FEES:
โ€“ 25% restocking fee for all returns.
โ€“ 50% restocking fee may apply under specific conditions outlined in our policy.

DENIAL OF REPLACEMENT:

  • Mismatch with RMA form or physical damage may lead to denial.
